What will you do?

• Provide analyses, consultancy and recommendations based on investigations in focus areas (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & PR, Resource Management and Business Development) to serve as input for taking decisions.
• Provide business review reports in focus areas for different stakeholders (Managing Director, Finance, Human Resources, Communication, Strategy and External Stakeholders).
• Align with external stakeholders in matters such as business forecasting, IPF, KPI & target management.
• Monitor & control contract management (Operation Level Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Delivery Agreement, Service Agreement, Data Privacy…).
• Prepare, monitor & control organization’s efficiency program starting with planning phase and ending with achieving expected results.
• Monitor organization’s transformation, optimization & improvement programs.
• Support business development, contributes to stakeholder´s management (visits, consultations).
• Prepare the communication and presentations for the organization’s leader.
• Manage organization’s strategic meetings and agenda. 

You will succeed if you:

• have 5 years of experience in IT company, out of which at least 2 years independently managing own agenda (HoX, Project Management, Service Delivery Management, Operation Management, etc.)         
• have Masters Degree in Economics or Management                     
• have experience with Project management and Business Administration & Management            
• have good skills and knowledge of data analysis, management & Interpretation as well as analytical thinking & problem solving   
• are advanced at Soft skills such as reporting, communication, presentation & moderation and negotiation skills 
• speak English at least on B2 level
• speak German in would be an advantage
