As Operational Risk Management Specialist, you will work directly alongside the Head of Group Risk Management and the Head of Risk Monitoring & Reporting at UNIQA Österreich in Vienna.
A day in the life of a Operational Risk Management Specialist:
• You support the Head of Risk Management in the execution of the regular risk management process, i.e. identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting & documentation
• You contribute to the UNIQA Group Operational Risk Management Framework.
• You take care of maintenance and reporting of the internal control system.
• You support the Quality Assurance of operational risk data.
• You maintain underlying tools and reporting systems (risk2value, GRC)
• You shape risk awareness by contribution with ideas and initiatives.
• You administer company standards and guidelines.
• You use the GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) tool for risk reporting purposes.

• At least 2 years of experience in similar role & familiar with operational risk framework
• Knowledge of operational risk management standards and Internal Control System
• Proficiency in English language; German skills are a benefit
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Your required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in law, business administration, risk management or similar• At least 2 years of experience in similar role & familiar with operational risk framework
• Knowledge of operational risk management standards and Internal Control System
