Job Summary: As a student you will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a monotonous work environment.

It's an advantage if you're familiar with Excel and World, as you'll be responsible for maintaining and organizing data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage invoices in a timely manner
• Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data
• Ensuring invoices comply with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
• Provide support to the team as needed
• Processing and forwarding of information to team

Requirements And Skills:
• Education: Secondary with leaving examination
• 1 year of experience in administrative position
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plus

Language skills
Hungarian – Advanced (C1)
English- Upper intermediate (B2)
